Registration is open and winners have been announced for the 2025 Community Star Awards, an annual celebration of the Franklin County DD community and some of its most extraordinary people and partners.
This year’s Star Awards takes place Wednesday, October 8, at The Boathouse at Confluence Park, 679 W. Spring St. in Columbus. The evening is sponsored by the Citizens Committee for Persons with Developmental Disabilities.
Social hour starts at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner and the awards program from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Cost is $50 per person, with all proceeds benefiting the Committee. Zayne Harshaw and Blue Spectrum band, winner of the 2024 Columbus Blues Alliance Blues Challenge, will provide the entertainment.
